Abby, is our very first breeding female. She is a December baby and she will be turning 6 this winter. She has given us four beautiful litters and will be having her last one this winter. She is a medium colored golden and is 65 lbs. Her bloodlines go back to Wisconsin Export and Topbrass lines. She has the best tempermant I have ever seen in a dog. She is so patient, with kids and puppies. She is always there to check on the puppies even if they are not hers.
The Girls of Rosewood Goldens
Our girls are very important to us at Rosewood Goldens. We feel that the qualities in a female dog are just as important as in the male dog.
All of our girls have excellent temperaments and health, and pass those qualities on to their offspring. Please click their pictures for more pictures of them and their puppies.
Casey, is a new girl to our family and we are proud have her. She is a well built girl with golden/red fur. She weighs in at 65 lbs. She was born Feb 2005. Her sire is Spanky's Shotgun Gunner who goes back to Topbrass bloodlines. She loves to retrieve and is very gentle with kids, puppies and kittens. We will be expecting her first litter for us in the Spring.
Lilly, is the daughter to our lovely Abby and she was born in July 2009. She has given us her first beautiful litter of 8 puppies this summer. She is a smaller golden at 55 lbs and is light in color. She has her mother's wonderful tempermant and is so patient. She is also a wonderful mother. Her sire is Benjamin Maxamillion Manning of Shady Lane. She just gave us another beautiful litter by Jack on Dec 26th. Nine puppies! 5 boys and 4 girls
